Building the house. Together. We are closer than ever to seeing construction begin at our future home. Our floor plans are complete and have been submitted to the city. The required storm shelter for our kids area has been approved, and we have received the proposal for the first major phase of work: DEMOLITION. If everything continues moving forward as expected, demolition could begin as early as August. Now, we have an opportunity to take this first major step together. The total proposal to complete demolition at our future home is $100,925.
Because of the generosity of Church With U, we have funds available to move forward with the work. But every dollar we raise toward demolition allows us to pay cash for it and preserve more of those resources for the much larger renovation ahead.
The total projected budget to renovate our future home and prepare it for move-in is approximately $3.1 million. So demolition is not the finish line. It is just our first big step. And we believe it is a step we can take together.

What if 201 people said yes? Our future home is located at: 201 INDUSTRIAL PARK ROAD. The total cost of demolition is $100,925. So we started doing the math. What if 201 people decided to give $501 toward the first major step at our future home?
201 PEOPLE × $501 = $100,701
That is just $224 away from paying for the entire demolition project in cash. Now we know not everyone can or will give that amount. Some will give more. Some will give less. This is not about equal gifts. It is about all of us asking God the same question: What corner of the mat do you want me to pick up?
But we are believing for 201 people who will step forward and give $501 for the 201. Will you be one of them?
When demolition is fully funded, we are going to celebrate. Then we are going to keep building. Heart for the House will continue throughout the renovation journey as we take the next step in front of us.
Today, the focus is demolition. Tomorrow, it will be the next phase. But the reason will stay the same: Making room for more people to meet Jesus.
We believe prayer is not something we do around the vision--it’s how we carry the vision. Join us in praying for:
Pray for continued favor with the city, contractors, and every person involved in the project.
Pray for wisdom in every decision and for God to help us steward every dollar well.
Pray that God would continue to provide through the generosity and sacrifice of His people.
Pray now for the people who will meet Jesus in this future home—many of whom we have not even met yet.
