Day 1 - 3/16/20

Read Isaiah 58:6-8. List the promises mentioned that result from a lifestyle of fasting. Fasting is going without something in order to focus on a spiritual purpose. In this time of crisis in our world there is no better time for followers of Jesus to fast and pray. To shift our attention from the things that could bind us in fear and worry and reset our eyes on the creator of the universe.

CHALLENGE: Don't read or watch the news today. Instead, choose to read or watch something positive. Get together through a group text, zoom call, FaceTime, or any other creative way, with your connect group or other believers for a time of prayer.
