LEADERSHIP U IS AN EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO EQUIP AND RELEASE PEOPLE INTO MINISTRY LEADERSHIP.

THE PROGRAM IS A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF LEADERSHIP SKILL-BUILDING AND HANDS ON MINISTRY EXPERIENCE. This allows students to grow as leaders with practical ministry experience while also strengthening their spiritual foundation and character. 

Leadership U allows you to serve alongside like-minded leaders and quickly apply academic learning in a practical way. As an LU student, you will work closely with our very own team of pastors and leaders in specific areas of ministry such as worship, media, students, campus ministry, and outreach.

FAQ's

• WHAT IS THE PROGRAM LENGTH? 12 weeks with one meeting each week during the Fall semester of Connect Groups. (September - December)
• WHO WILL I BE LEARNING FROM? The primary teachers will be our Lead Pastor and Campus Pastor. 
• AM I TOO YOUNG (OR TOO OLD)? We welcome all ages to apply.
• WILL I RECEIVE A SEMINARY DEGREE? You will take away some incredible leadership principles but no you will not receive a seminary degree. 
• DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A CHURCH? No. Having prior experience working in ministry may be a benefit to you, but is not a requirement. Serving is various roles on Sunday or Wednesdays at Church With U is part of the program.
• CAN I WORK WHILE IN THE PROGRAM? Classes are only at night, so this program is designed with those working full-time.
• IS THERE AN APPLICATION DEADLINE? September 11th of 2019 is the deadline for applications.
• IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE? Yes. Please submit applications with a nonrefundable $25 application fee.
